Reservations
should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday. Space on a given tour will be secured upon receipt a deposit of 30% of the full price. ( deposit will be 50% during the Christmas and New Year holidays and on packages including airfare.) This deposit counts as part of your final payment to confirm your reservation.

We accept as low as 30% deposit of the total tour price and balance ofpayment can be paid in equal installments until the arrival date at thedestination.

C LA Vie Egyptoffers a very flexible cancellation policy, in case the government or the airline issues a travel warning from / to your country of departure and your destination. We are showing the flexibility not to charge any cancellation fees & we will pay full refund.
Automatically. Only the change/cancellationfees will be applied for flights according to the airline’s terms andconditions.

For any cancellation, you must write a handwritten and signed and send it by email.
Cancellation by the customer
In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:
From the date of booking until 45 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour pricewill be charged.
Between 44 and 35 days before your arrival date, 30% of the entire tour pricewill be charged.
Between 34 and 25 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour pricewill be charged.
Between 24 and 15 days before your arrival date,75% of the entire tour pricewill be charged
Between 14 and 9 days before your arrival date, 90% of the entire tour pricewill be charged.
Between 8 and 1 daysbefore your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour pricewill be charged.
Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all domestic flights within Egypt.If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airline’s cancellation policy

Entry visa to Egypt
To enter Egypt, you must have a valid passport at least 6 months after your date of departure from Egypt.you can also obtain a tourist visa on your arrival in Egypt, at the airport; the visa costs 25 USD per passport (cash payment in euro or dollar) However, in an effort to revitalize tourism in Egypt the following nationalities can purchase a 1-month entry visa on arrival. The Nationalities that benefit from the aforementioned exception are (Australia, Canda, Croatia, the European Union, Georgia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Macedonia, South Korea, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, United Kingdom and The U.S.A) . The Process for acquiring these entry visas is extremely simple and only takes a mere couple of minutes through any bank window before proceeding to customs.For other nationalities, we invite you to check with the Egyptian authorities before your departure
Sleeper-Trains in Egypt
Egyptian trains are designed and maintained according to standards of quality determined by the Egyptian Railway Authority. The sleeper Train from Cairo to Aswan takes about 14 hours, and from Luxor to Cairo takes about 11 hours, half board, including breakfast and dinner

C LA Vie Egypt is responsible for the proper performance of the services provided and are required to provide assistance to travelers in difficulty.
The company acts only as an agent for the participants in regard to travel, whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other mode of transport, and assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, acts of God, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.

The contracts concluded between C La Vie Egypt and the client are subject to Egyptian law
