  Horrible customer service from the manager who just stopped responding tomy concerns after she requested aphoto ofthe awful job the technician performed. She not only left sections throughout different sections ofmy body untouched but she also waxed inthe wrong direction insome areas leaving stubble everywhere. Iwent back asecond time for her tocorrect itbut she didn’t care todo soand laughed aboutit. Second time going here with the same outcome. Ido abetter job waxing myself orIgo toa salon that offers waxing services. Much better experience.… – show

  I went 10/15/21for myfirst body waxing. Ibooked with Myna and she was soprofessional and descriptive ofher process. She explained everything thoroughly and wetalked like friends! She made mefeel very comfortable and Idefinitely recommend her toanyone who isnew tobody waxing! Will definitely goback.

  Myna was absolutely amazing! Itwas myfirst time getting waxed and Iwas kind ofnervous. She was kind, and soso professional and took the time toexplain things and answer myquestions. She’s soefficient, itwas over just like that! Ohand thank you for our great conversation, I’ll definitely betaking your advicelol! Iwill absolutely begoing back soon.

  I went today for aneyebrow wax before aweekend getaway. One eyebrow athird ofthe hair was removed. Myeyebrows are completely uneven. Ialso was pinched/cut when she was tweezing. When she showed mein the mirror, Isaid myeyebrows are uneven and the comment from the wax specialist was Ihad nohair there tobegin with, which iscompletely untrue! Then she just left the room! Sounprofessional! She was training anew wax specialist which iseven scarier! Along with the fact that she ranout ofthe room, she left mewith the trainee which was completely awkward. Icalled totell them when Igot home about myexperience and how badly myeyebrows look and that Iwas cut and they basically just apologized and said they would make anote ofit. Ofcourse Ipurchased the year package, soI hope ifI goto adifferent EWC Iwill have abetter experience, because myprevious two other visits were fine.… – show

  The environment isclean and inviting. They have agreat selection ofretail merchandise tocomplement the services. Ihad the pleasure ofworking with Michelle. AMAZING isan understatement. She was welcoming, inviting, knowledgeable and eased all ofmy fears asit was myfirst everwax. Iwill definitely bereturning.

  I made anappointment with Michelle and she was awesome! From the minute you walk into the facility you notice how clean the placeis, the staff issuper friendly and they are ontime with your appointment. I’m currently pregnant and Michelle made sure tohave mefeeling comfortable Itold her how nervous Iwas and she was super sweet, gentle and had great convo soit distractedme. Waxing hurts but itdidn’t hurt asmuch I’ve had real bad experiences before, Iam definitely going back toher and referring everyone Iknow toget waxed withher. Michelle your awesome thankyou!… – show

  My 1st experience wasn't very pleasant SoI didn't return. Myregular wax lady was onvacation SoI decided togo back and try them again. My2nd experience with Mina was SOGREAT! She was fast and efficient! Won't see another esthetician moving forward besidesher. She was great! Iwas comfortable and she was educational about products.

  I always have agood experience withEWC. Their products and services are top notch. They’re always ontime and provide excellent customer service. Ihighly recommend the team inMeriden. Ilove visiting Gigi for waxes. She’s quick and thorough! Ihave also used Geena inthe past who isalso quick and thorough but our schedules conflicted soI had toswitch. Everyone issuper friendly including the front desk staff!

  Amy isAMAZING! She made mefeel comfortable and and was professional and very friendly. Iwas nervous toget aBrazilian wax and Amy put meright asease and was done quickly and much less discomfort than Iexpected. Results were better than expected. Today was my2nd appointment and I've already booked a3rd. Very happy IfoundAmy!
